Introducing Myrika, MN Manufactured Grant Project Manager

MPMA was recently awarded $800,000 in funding from the State to support the Minnesota Manufactured workforce development campaign. Myrika Schneider, Minnesota Manufactured Grant Project Manager, is our newest team member, with the important role of organizing all grant-related activities. Get to know Myrika and help us welcome her to the team!

With over 20 years in people and project management, Myrika specializes in optimizing business processes and fostering client-centric solutions. Her career spans roles as a Managing Director, Organizational Health and Efficiencies Manager, Creative Director, Executive Assistant and more, where she’s honed skills in strategic planning, team leadership, and stakeholder collaboration. From managing cross-functional teams to executing tailored consulting services, she excels in driving operational excellence and organizational growth. She brings a holistic approach to every project, emphasizing innovation, efficiency, and client satisfaction. In her spare time Myrika enjoys spending time with chasing around her two little ones, skiing, golfing, swimming, traveling, wine tasting, and weekends away at the lake with family and friends. She looks forward to working with the MPMA team to continue their mission of strengthening the manufacturing workforce.
