Here are some of the types of roles you can often find on MPMA's Job Board:

  1. Precision Machinists: Precision machinists play a crucial role in crafting high-quality components using cutting-edge machinery and techniques. Whether it's CNC milling, turning, or grinding, precision machinists are responsible for producing intricate parts to exact specifications.
  1. Quality Control Specialists: Ensuring that every product meets rigorous quality standards is essential. Quality control specialists meticulously inspect and test components to guarantee they meet standards of accuracy and performance.
  2. Engineering Technicians: Behind every precision part lies an engineering process. Engineering technicians provide invaluable support to engineers by assisting in the design, development, and testing of new products. 
  3. Production Supervisors: Managing day-to-day operations of a manufacturing facility requires leadership and organizational skills. Production supervisors oversee manufacturing processes, coordinate workflow, and ensure production schedules are met efficiently. 
  4. Sales and Marketing Representatives: Though not directly involved with production, sales and marketing representatives still play an important role.
