Job Summary: This position will assist in assembling towers and ensure all parts fit correctly and are suitable for the final product. You will use your hands or machines to do the job with greater precision. Duties/Responsibilities: · Assist Tower Assembler II & III through stages of builds. · Read and follow established procedures. · Assists in constructing products using hand tools or power tools. · Collect all material and equipment needed to begin the process. · Take precision measurements to ensure a perfect fit of components. · Select or modify components according to measurements and specifications. · Align material and put together parts to build more complex units. · Check output to ensure the highest quality. · Communicate internally with work group to exchange work related information. · Perform activities planned by Assembler II, Assembler III or Assembly Lead. · Maintain a clean and safe workplace. · Ensure equipment is maintained and in good condition. · Report any unsafe conditions and/or equipment. Required Skills/Abilities: · Self-starter · Good mathematical skills · Mechanical skills · Communication skills · Ability to take direction Education and Experience: · High School Diploma or equivalent. · 1-2 years of experience preferred Physical Requirements: · Frequently required to reach with hands and arms. · Frequently required to stand/or sit, squat, lay and turn/twist · Must occasionally lift, carry, push or pull 15+ pounds. (not to exceed 35 lbs. max weight) · The noise level in the work environment is occasionally loud. · Employees will be required to wear the proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), which may include eye, hearing and respiratory protection, gloves, face shields or fall protection. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.56 - $18.00 per hour
