MPMA and the YMCA Equity Innovation Center of Excellence present are teaming up to bring you a series of virtual lunch and learn sessions. This the the third session, Mental Models.
In this one-hour Mental Models training session, participants will learn how mental models shape our thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving. The session will explore how to identify and challenge unhelpful mental models, as well as how to apply effective models to improve clarity, creativity, and critical thinking.
The first session is Art of Belonging - February 12, 2025 - from 12:00-1:00 pm
The second session is Psychological Safety - March 12, 2025 - from 12:00-1:00 pm
The third session is Mental Models - April 9th, 2025 - from 12:00-1:00 pm
IMAGINE, DEFINE AND CREATE INCLUSIVE ORGANIZATIONS
The multi-station experience serves as a catalyst to engage the mind on equity, diversity, inclusion, and global realities. A variety of learning styles provide opportunities for personal transformation where participants experience life from another’s point of view.
